Typically within a day, you'll receive your custom artwork presentation via email. If you like what you see, you can place an order with us. Need us to modify the designs? Just let us know and we will do so.
Place your order. For throw blankets, you will receive a photo of the pre-production sample for your approval. Once you approve the sample photo, we will then produce the full order. If you need to see the actual sample 'in your hands' for approval, we can usually accommodate you.
For towels, a computer-generated proof is submitted for your approval. Once approved, we will then produce the full order. If you need to see an actual sample for approval, we can do that however there is a charge for the actual sample (sample charge varies by product).
Depending on the product ordered, your order will be shipped around two to four weeks after you approve the sample or proof.
